We have a customer who needs the USB Shield disabled at their location. I can't for the life of me find where that is disabled using the SecureAnywhere global policy settings. Or is that not something that can be managed from the web UI

Anything that tries to run from the USB is scanned by the Realtime Shield.
With that said though, heuristics can be turned up or turned off for USB devices.
So you can set it so that anything plugged in is seen as suspicious and is monitored, or not monitored at all.
