Why will my computer not download latest downloads?

Hi Michael. Can we have a few more clues? What operating system? What application are you trying to update? How are you trying to do the update? What messages, if any, do you see?
You can also go to Webroot downloads and download the update manually and install it. This is a good place to start: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/redownloads
