I recently purchased a new laptop to replace my old one that quit working. The old laptop will boot up, but when I try to install or uninstall anything, it says that it can’t because some file is missing. I recently signed up for secureanywhere online. It shows that I have 3 PCs but under the PC Security tab it says that I have none. How can I unsubscribe the laptop that I can’t do anything with?

Log into your Webroot Console you should be able to remove your old computer.
If this does not work, log a support ticket with Webroot and wait for Webroot Support to respond.
If you log another support ticket before Webroot respond you go to the back of the queue.
