When I start google I have a hijacker continually place ads on the google screen. It shows that they are affiliated with mapsnow.co. Web browser search provided instructions on how to eliminate the extensions in the google browser in Win10. I followed that, the extension appears to be gone, but even after a restart they continue to appear. Is anyone familiar with this? My Webroot software does not pick this up as malicious.

This sounds like a PUA (Potentially Unwanted Application) so Webroot won't see it as malware because it technically isn't. Our support team will help resolve this for you though, I recommend reaching out to us at 1-866-612-4227, or by clicking here to make a ticket online.
