Really Long Full Scan

I have had my webroot for a while and it used to take between 2 minutes and right at 3 to finish a Full Scan.

Since yesterday, it now takes between 11 - even once 20 minutes, and Im unsure why, I have had my computer checkout by Geek Squad, and it is clean by thier standards and they did a "Tune Up" but my webroot still is doing 11 - 15 minutes or more per scan.

It never catches anything when it scans, also it renews for me on the 16th of October thought I dont know if that matters.

The only other thing I can mention is, I make profiles and moved a lot of widgets and stuff saving and then moving them to a new image hosting site, but I did remove all of them and cleaned up as best as I could to my knowledge.
