Good day, why do I need to do a clean up  on an endpoint if it has already been automatically remediated? Thank you

Hi Allan,

Yeah you should be good if it’s already been remediated. However, I would definitely recommend checking the scan log of the PC in question and make sure no unknown processes are still being monitored. We can always help you do this by contacting our support. You can submit a ticket or talk to them over the phone and they can show you how to evaluate scanlogs.
