Time of Scheduled Scan

The Webroot I have installed on my computer is scheduled to do a scan at four in the morning but for some odd reason it doesn’t do a scan until 4:49. It’s been like this for awhile. I am curious as to why it does this and  if it happens to anyone else.

Yea but check out the options and what it can do not to scan on time and uncheck the ones you don’t want and in my case I unchecked all of them.

Hello @LiamA

Do you let your system sleep or hibernate as that can affect the scheduled scan times. I have mine set for 1pm on the dot and it does so if I have my system running at that time but I uncheck everything else. Also I don’t let my systems sleep or hibernate it’s either running and using or shut down.
