When I turn on my computer (Windows 10) a pop up box appears asking permission for webroot to make changes to my computer. Is this something I should allow? or is it a scam?

Webroot should only ask for that permission upon install, so if you haven't recently installed it, then it could be something else. Our support team can investigate further for you if you would like to be certain, and support is free with your Webroot subscription. If you wish to go down that route, we can be contacted at 1-866-612-4227, or you can make a ticket online via the link below.
