Help with adding Lastpass Premium for a new laptop

I presently have webroot/Lastpass Premium on my laptop. How do I add/activate Lastpass Premium on my wife’s new laptop?

Hello @djfro 

 

Once you have an online account and you put in the keycode it is always attached to that account so I would suggest that you put in a Support Ticket and they will help you sort it out as we can only do so much on the Community. Webroot Customer Service

    Hi HTH,

    This thing is driving me crazy. I have been unable to put Last Pass on my wife’s new laptop so I delete her “account” and decided to start over. I used 

    Media not available

    (the second link you sent) and created a new LastPass account for my wife (she’s using my key code) and registered all the needed info. When I got to the next screen, the login screen , I entered the registered info and keep getting a “Invalid Login Details”. message.The registration screen said the info went through but the login page won’t accept the info. When I tried again, I got the “exceeding your max….15 minutes message”. I had no problems installing the Webroot/LastPass on my laptop, but I can’t get the thing to install LastPass on my wife’s. 

    Any insight would be highly appreciated.
