Brand new Keycode but says expired
Hi. I bought the webroot antivirus spy sweeper at best buy. when i got home i put in the cd let install, when it was time to put in the Keycode it said it was expired. i dont understand why it said it was expired if i just scratched seal with a penny to get the code. please help

You just purchased this? Is it Webroot Secure Anywhere Antivirus? Spysweeper is one of Webroots legacy products.
Take it back to Best Buy with your receipt if you just purchased it. They will take care of it. Or you can contact them here
