Does Webroot protect against Malwarebytes Anti-Malware?

Am not really sure as to the point of your query as both WSA & Malwarebytes AntiMalware (MBAM) are application that are designed to protect your system from malware and other threats.  As such WSA should not need to protect you against MBAM or vice versa.
 
If however, what you were meaning to ask is can both be used at the same time/concurrently then the answer is 'Yes' as they both play nicely together when protecting your system, and will not get in each others way.  In fact WSA is designed form the ground up to be compliant with most other major security applications (we know of only a couple that do not).
 
If you question is still unsanswered then please do come back and let us know/perhaps provide further information as to what you are trying to clarify.

I was contemplating upgrading from the free version of Malwarbytes to Malwarebytes Pro. Sounds like you recommend doing so?

If yo are looking for a layered defense with WSA and already run MBAM, and you are seeing a great deal for the latter then I would say that it is indeed a godo option.
 
But let me just make it clear that the main thing that you get with the Pro version if the real time protection, which effectively duplicates the very good protection that you already have with WSA, and whilst both sets of rel time protection work well together one would have to ask the question why would you want or need both.
 
 
Having said that the choice is yours. ;)

Thanks. I do not really feel I need the MBAM pro version. No problems at this point .. but wanted to get someone else's opinion also.
