web shield giving error 10013
My webroot detected malware threats and removed them. After that I was unable to access my internet until I switched off my web shield. I need to know what to do for my web shield to be switched on without blocking my internet access entirely. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

The best thing to do is to Open a Support Ticket, and ask Webroot Support to take a look and fix this for you. There is no charge for this if you are a WSA license holder, with a current subscription.
