If you need assistance in relation to virus or malware removal then please Open a Support Ticket, as the quickest way to get through to the Support Team and the Threat Researchers.
 
Please also take a look at this KB Article that provides details on the virus/malware removal options provided by Webroot.
 
If not infected but just wanting to notify then the Support Ticket route is also one way of notifying Webroot of suspicious files but there is another way via the option to submit suspicious files (detailed in this help text page)
