And just for future reference it will never do so; a real renewal is adding time to the subscription/keycode that you have currently got activated as opposed to a 'pseudo' renewal which involves purchasing a new subscription/keycode.
 
These are two completely different actions and as such the latter will alsways require the assicatnce of the Support Team or Nic to merge the two subscriptions/move time from one to the other.

Hm, unfortunately that's a keycode purchased from Best Buy, so I can't add any days to it.  If you contact Best Buy they might be able to help with the tranistion.

I just bought another computer from bb and it was free. next time i'll just wait to activate.

Ah that makes sense.  The other thing we could do is just give you a new keycode for the 133 days you lost, after your current one runs out.  Just post here and let me know and I can make that happen.

never mind. i'll chalk the loss up. both licenses were from bb. I extended the first one through u. like I said the first year is free anyway.
