why wont program acknowledge product code
just got program and put in product code but the program won't acknowlage code and wants me to upgrade or re-purchase product

May I ask if this is a Webroot renewal keycode or is this a new Webroot installation?
Please look at the PC User Guide in Activating
You can replace an existing keycode with a new one by performing the following steps:
- Open Webroot SecureAnywhere and click the My Account link at the bottom left side of the screen
- On the My Account screen click the link for Activate a New Keycode.
- Enter your keycode in the field provided and press Activate.
This is useful if for instance you purchase a new license instead of renewing an old one.
Please get back to us and let us know if this is a renewal or first time installation.
