This program was installed by BestBuy Geek Squad. Will I be billed on a monthly basis or what?

I'm not sure what length of time Best Buy has installed Webroot on your computer for. Usually it's 3-6 months to a year and they will notify you when it's time to renew Webroot.
You should call the GeekSquad at BestBuy at 1800.Geeksquad- and ask them about the billing. You can also check to see how long your Webroot key code is activated for by right clicking on the system tray/View Status and you will see your subscription time left for so many days. To find your keycode please do as follows.

- Click My Account.
- A window opens with your keycode and subscription information.
