my status after renewal is still expired but the green check shows active. how do you fixed expired?
i renewed my subscription and i am past the anniversary date. the webroot is active and shows a green check at the top, yet the subscription how expired in the view status screen upon opening view status. How do i get the subscription to show the amount of days left?

I was unable to locate a keycode or subscription with the email you have provided.
