Webroot Password Manager

When i want to use it, email appears as unknown after i enter the email and pass from my account.

    Have you setup your My Webroot Account ?
     
    Do you have your permissions set on your online console? https://my.webrootanywhere.com/ 
    http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/665/Editing-your-account-settings
     
     
    If you have then my advice would be to submit a Support Ticket or call them and have them sort this out for you.
