My computer is infected with a Win32.LocalInfect.2. How do I get it of it?

So I found out through some searching that this is a Trojan Virus. Webroot picked it up about a week ago. I did the usual, to destroy and scan, and thought that was the end of it. It seems Webroot cant remove the Trojan virus. Since then, when my CPU goes to sleep, the screen and keyboard are unresponsive and the only option is a hard reset.
Today things got worse when I tried to again remove the virus. I forced my CPU to Restart. This is a big issue, and Id like to get it under control before something sever happens. Please Help.

Hi ChrisKross42

Welcome to the Community Forums.

GIven what you have said in your original post I would recommed that you Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know of the issue and to get their help in investigating exactly what is happening re. your system.  They will be best placed to check to see if for some reason the cleaning of the malware you speak of has not been complete/thorough, etc.

The service is free of charge to WSA users who have a current/active subscription.
