why is my computer running so slow after loading windows 10

Would you please do a uninstall/clean reinstall of Webroot just so we can eliminate if Webroot is the cause?
 
Please follow the steps closely!
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
• KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Uninstall WSA and Reboot
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again

If I may...can we establish if you have recently installed WSA or not...I believe not and that therefore the issue may be due to the upgrade to Win 10 rather than anything else?
 
To try to understand what may be causing this please open the Task Manager (right click on the task bar and then select 'Task Manager' from the context menu displayed).
 
Once the Task Manager is open please make sure that you click on 'More Details' in the bottom lefthand corner (if the option says 'Fewer Details' then you already have the most information available).
 
Make sure that you are on the 'Processes' tab and then click on the header of the column labelled 'CPU' which should list the process running on your system in CPU% usage in descending order; then note the name of the 3 or 4 processes at the top of the list and the %CPU that each is shonwn as using.
 
Then do exactly the same again but this time on the column labelled 'Memory', noting the same information but this time the Memory usage.
 
Once you have that then please post back here so that we can take a look at whiat you have found...it may be that you have some unwanted process running.
 
Also, is the slowdown constant, i.e., from boot up to close down, just at boot up or does it go in phases? If in phases then please take the readinsg during a couple of the slowdown phases...so that we can compare what is actually running at each time.
