Solved

I'm new here....

After a scan, anything "questionable" (if any) is sent to what folder? Or, can it be set to "erradicate" these files? If so, how do I make changes?

Hi geigerscalemodeler

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Anything questionable gets sent to Quarantine, which can be accessed as follows:

1. Click the gear/cog sysmbol to the right of the PC Security tab
2. Click on the Quarantine tab to see the contents of the area

There is no option to directly 'eradicate' questionable files detected and even if there were it would not be advisable to do so in case they were detected in error and ultimately one wanted to restore them.
