what does waiting for extension Webroot Filtering Extension mean
When I try to get on google there is a message at the bottom of page that says waiting for extension Webroot Filtering Extension and I can't get into any sites

This is part of WSA's protection for you when online. The Web Filtering addon provides the website rating that you will see to the left of each search result when Googling or Binging, which is likely to be the most visible of the extensions. The extensions also involve phishing protection utilising the Webroot Intelligence Network and BrightCloud URL filtering technology.
It does sound like you are having issues with the Webroot Webfilter...Sometimes rebooting your computer can help this.
If you find that you do not need, or do not want this extension you can always come back to the Manage Addons/Settings/Extensions option in your browser and disbale them... if this WF is causing you problems,
Better yet I would really like you to submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look and document the problem. This is a free service with a Webroot subscription.
