I bought a the Webroot Secure Anywhere at Best buy, while I tried to install the CD, the computer asking me for the keycode, I reap it worng, Can I have a new keycode to install my CD, please?
Help me, please because, I don't want to loose my money.

As your purchase was through Best Buy/The Geek Squad you will need to contact them to see if they can assist you in terms of determining what you keycode is/getting a replacement.
I am afraid we in the Community do not and cannot issues keycode as we are just volunteers and affiliated with Webroot as such.
