Enabled Scan Scheduled scans not saving


I have Enable Scan Scheduled scans checked off for every friday at 8pmI save it and enter the captcha and it tells me config saved  but everytime my PC boots up it doesn't saved it goes  to the default setting this is annoying. I want a scan every friday at 8pm I never had this problem before.

Not sure if this will help but it is worth a try. Would you please sign into your online console (HERE). Once in there please click on the 'Go to PC Security' to enter that section and once in there clcik on the icon for the PC that you are having the issue for, and you should see something similar to the following displayed:
 


 
Check to see what the Security Setting option is set to (see 1.). If it is not 'User Configuration' then that will be the reason for the reversion of what you are setting, and if you want to change that you will need to click on the Edit link (see 2. above) and select 'User Configuration from the drop down options provided.
 
Either way post back to update us as to what you have found and set.

it's been set with User Config since day 1,not sure where to go from here.

OK, lets get a little more radical in relation to this.
 
I would suggest that you undertake an uninstall/clean reinstall to see if we can sort the issue. It is really quick and simple to do. If you would like to try this then please follow the steps closely!
 
Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
 
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again

Just a note from the Picture you have version 9.0.2.21 which is a very old version:
 
Version 9.0.2.21 (Released August 18th, 2015)

So do a clean reinstall as @ suggested and you should have v9.0.7.46 and let us know if that solves your issue!
