Had an OS restore, reloaded Webroot Antivirus with Spy Sweeper. Seems to have installed, but get screen with endless
"Collecting system status " note and program doesn't register as installed.
Had a new Keycode, but containes several numbers, not just letters, and installation won't accept new keycode, only the original (all letters).
What's wrong?

I am somewhat confused as you are mentioning "Webroot Antivirus with Spy Sweeper" which is an obselete/unsupported product, which has been replaced with Webroot Secure Anywhere (WSA), and I am wondering if the keycode you have, which sounds as if it is in the format for WSA, will not work with the old product.
Can you confirm as to which product you are using or trying to install?
