Yes, WSA does have a firewall but only for outbound connections. The protection of inboud connections is entrusted to the built in Windows Firewall, which from WIndows 7 has been acknowledged as a very good firewall. Therefore you need to make sure that the built in Windows Firewall is and reamins enabled.
