Webroot says I have two active infections how do I fix this
I tried to click on the infections line, but nothing happened. I don't know if I am supposed to do anything with this message

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Unless you have a popup, usually in the bootom right hadn corner of the Desktop, in which case click on the 'OK' button, I would recommend that you clcik on the 'Scan my Computer' button in the main app panel to run a further manual scan.
When that finishes click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab in the main app panel, and then on the 'Quarantine' tab. Come back and let us know if you have any items recorded under quarantine, and what they are.
