I have webroot on another laptop also and a few days ago it would not open. the icon is still there
i have webroot on another laptop also. the icon is still on my desktop but it will not open. it is also still in my programs. why will it not open

Welcome to the Community Forums.
So you have the WSA icon on your Desktop but when you double left click on it nothing happens? Have you tried right clicking once on the cion and selecting 'Open'?
When you same that it is 'still in my programs' are you referring to the location of the Webroot folder or are you referring to there being a entry for WSA logged under the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel applet?
