Hi,
I am new to the community and have been using Webroot for about three years now. My computer has been acting terrible for the past three days now. I contacted Webroot support and they removed the Kovter Malware and sent me a link to re-run the removal tool to make sure it is gone. The link does not work. When I click on it... it says that the URL/Kovter removal tool.exe is not found on this server. I have tried searching on the website for it as well. Please help. Thanks.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Your best best will be to contact Webroot Support again about this as they are the only ones who have access to this tool...they do not share them with the Community openly as they are usually only for use under their direction/guidance.
The quickest way to do that would be to Open a Support Ticket as the phones are only open during business hours Monday - Friday. The Ticketing system is active 24/7, and hopefully they can sort you out in respect to your request.
Apologies that we cannot do more at present.
