How to address/fix problems after a Scan Results

Hi, I hope someone can help me.  I did my Scan and it showed a large number of temporary files have been found. How to I fix this?  Please advise! Thanks

May I ask what told you, you had lots of temp files? Was it System Analyzer? You posted in the AV only forum which wouldn’t have it. Would you have a Best Buy version from Geek Squad install it for you or have Webroot Internet Security Complete? https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare

Hi TripleHelix,

Yes, I have webroot but they didn't install it, I purchased it online and uploaded it to my computer. I'm not computer savvy. I asked this a long time ago, I forgot all about this. 

Please let me know your thoughts.
