I recently got Webroot Wifi Security and it was working fine at first. However, recently it hasn’t been working on either of the Windows 10 computers connected to my account. It will appear to connect correctly at first, but after a short bit will revert back to my IP address and will not let me disconnect. This does not occur on my phone.

The best thing to do with Webroot Wifi Security is to contact support as in most cases it’s something on the back end.
