A version of webroot is on an old hard drive that I can no longer boot and so I can't reuse my key.

I replaced my hard drive a while back because my old one was dying. I wasn’t able to uninstall Webroot when I still had access and coming back now I don’t think it can boot up into windows at all. Is there at all a way to strike that instance off and recover my key to use elsewhere?.
