I installed webroot complete for trial but today my firewall, identity shield and real time protection has been disabled since latest update 8.0.2.43. When i try to enable these using captcha it disables my protection.
how to correct this? help to resolve my problem.

The trial is still active, if you have any suspicion that your system may be infected, please Open a Support Ticket. If not, please uninstall SecureAnywhere, reboot your computer, and reinstall using the keycode I have sent you in a private message.
