How do I "Renew" with a product keycode from a Store-purchased copy?
I want to use the keycode from a store-purchased package on a laptop with no cd drive. I downloaded the installer and even after uninstalling the existing application, it still shows an expiration in 4 days, all this after I entered the new Keycode. So how can I use the product I alrteady have?

You migth try to do a full 'clean install' of the software, though keep in mind that the last four days of your old key code will not be automatically applied to the new key code. If NONE of the key codes was a Best Buy Subscription Service, the 4 days MIGHT be able to be added to the new key code. If ANY of the key codes is from Best Buy Subscription Services the 4 days CANNOT be added to the new key code.
If your old copy was Internet Security Plus or WSA Complete, any data you have in the Password Manager will NOT automatically transfer. The data for that is stored by both the key code and the email address. You can submit a Trouble TIcket to have Support move the account data to the new key code.

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

That worked on my old Acer that runs Windows 10 now. It never asked me if I wanted to keep old settings, however. Now if it will work on the other machines (thats a separate Post)

[Edited] Yes, when simply adding a new key code and activating it, it will keep the settings as is, since you are not uninstalling or installing.
It SHOULD work on the other machines, but do let us know if you need help/advice/etc :)

EDIT: The above might be wrong, as I was distracted and thought I was replying into your OTHER thread. In this case it will not have asked to use old settings as the settings were removed during the uninstall. That is why we call it a 'clean install' of the software, as the system had been scrubbed of all WSA info prior to the re-install.
