Webroot Complete ("WC") has been on my PC (Vista x64) for three years ... when my PC started freezing I did a scan with WC and no problems were identified. Then I ran the Microsoft Offline Defender and it caught the Trojan Virus Yakad.AIgfc ... WHY DIDN'T WC CATCH THIS TROJAN VIRUS ?
Should I run an anti-root kit or other tool to eliminate the Trojan Virus?

I'm sorry to hear about this problem. I don't know why WSAC didn't detect this. My advise would be to Contact Support and they will certainly look into this for you free of charge.
I've found very little information about this Trojan other then Microsoft saids it's severe, So please do issue that ticket!
