Quarantine

The files that Webroot has put in quarantine, do I permanently delete those or leave them there?

Hello Mslizzy, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. :D
There is no harm in leaving those files in Quarantine. If they turn out to be False Positives, then you can retrieve those files. They are safe in Quarantine.

Hello
If you want to remove the item permanently, click Erase. Be aware that after erasing it, you can never restore the item.
manage items in quarantine:

Hi Mslizzy

Just to qualify this a little...if the files are quarantined then there is NO WAY that they can harm your system; you are perfectly safe to leave them there.  However, if there is a build up of such files then at some stage it you should really either delete the permanently from Quarantime or restore them (if you believe that they have been put there in error/due to a false positive detection).

If unsure/you have any doubt as to what to do with the files then do please Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can advise on the matter.

Regards, Baldrick
