why isn't my Webroot Password Manager recognizing my password it obviously works Im in the console

I haven been able to log into my Webroot Password Manager through the chrome extension is keeps saying invalid pass word yet I am able to log into the webroot console with no problems sI have reset the password and uninstalled and reinstalled the program need a little help please.
