I am intermittently receiving a message from traffikkim.link

I am intermittently receiving a message from traffikkim.link/w/alerts/test2/?city=%2AUNKNOWN&ip=172.78.90.68&isp=%2AUNKNOWN&IP&Address&num=877-540-3212.  
It says WAIT - IMPORTANT SECURITY MESSAGE and tells me to call 877-437-1633 to contact a tech or my personal information might be compromised.  The only way I can get rid of the message (it won't allow me to click out of it) is to go to End Task.  Sometimes when I do that and go back into my browser (Google Chrome), it appears again.  This has been happening for about a week.  I don't want to call the given number because the message doesn't identify where it is coming from.
 
I have a previous ticket in which I described the problem and they told me several steps to take, which I did, but can't seem to get rid of the problem.  Please help!  This is getting very annoying and I am concerned about my information.

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    If you have submitted a Support Ticket then I'd advise you to go back to your Support Ticket and sign in with the password that they sent you in your email and tell them that this is not resolved. They will further esculate this issue.
