protect from Cryptojacking

Hello,

i know Webroot Protect us from  Cryptojacking Malwares.

but when i check my browser from  https://cryptojackingtest.com/ show “ you are not protected!! “

my webroot filtering extensions and add-on are install & active on my Browsers.

when i install Qualys BrowserCheck CoinBlocker extensions and visit   https://cryptojackingtest.com/  , immediately blocked site and show alert.

    Hello @durantash 

     

    My Firefox Browser is Protected. I also use uBlock Origin but not sure what was protecting my Browser?

     

     

     

    It must be Firefox itself!

    Thank you Dear,

     

    i think uBlock Origin protect you on chrome from Cryptojacking.

    please disable uBlock Origin Extension and then test Cryptojacking protect.

     

    I add chrome at Identity Protection > Application Protection and again test Cryptojacking. but agan show i am not protect.

    Yes uBlock Origin was protecting Chrome!

     

    With uBlock Origin off.

     

     

    So uBlock Origin is now back on!
