Ok, i'm sure this is in the wrong area. Frankly, i do not care. It is now, 2:00 AM on the dot and i'm peeved. I've got a trojan that has been quarantined via The Secure Anywhere PC Application. I have tried deleting it many times and i keep getting;
"The password entered was incorrect"
No. YOU are incorrect. :@
Actions as follows:
*Double click WRSA icon on pinned toolbar
*Select PC Security Tab
*Select Quarantine Subcat
*Select View Quarantine in subcat
*Checkmark quarantined item for deletion
*click ERASE
*Prompted for password
*Spammed keyboard of all known passwords used since computers were introduced to me. Also, tried a plethora of spelling variations, capitalizations, and changin my password numerous times.
It's in quarantine and has been for many months now. It doesn't affect me currently, i've got it implemented on my Android device as well. The most thorough, yet light security solution i've ever used. Fantastic!
I just want to delete this bloody trojan.... :8
Thanks for the help, and time. Sorry for the....subtle choice of words. It's late, apologies.

Quarantine Fail

It appears to have been some kind of synchronization issue between the local User Configuration and the Web Console configuration.
Here's the solution:
Web Console - set to "Low Protection" and save
Local computer - Restart, to force WebRoot to update itself locally
Local computer - change Password, set Allow for certain files, Release certain files
Web Console - set to "User Configuration" and save
Local computer - Restart, to force WebRoot to update itself locally
WebRoot now behaves like it should.
When I need to "Allow" or "Release" it asks for and accepts my new password, then double checks by giving me a captcha.
Then, it allows me to make changes, and holds those changes thru a restart.
Excellent!
Thanks to everyone who helped with this problem.
