is there a way to turn off the secure unlock screen
How or can I turn off the unlock screen so I don't have to put a code in every time I use my phone

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
You should be able to go on your device and go to Apps/Settings/Lock screen ...or you might have Security listed and turn it off there.When you set your pin to none then Webroot will warn you ...You may be at risk Lock screen is in UNSAFE state. Click on Webroot and where it saids Fix This Now, And the next screen you can put ignore(don't ask again). Then you should be set.
May I ask what kind of phone you have? Do you have Webroot installed by chance? Sorry I didn't ask that first.
