I was able to install Webroot Secure Anywhere to my laptop but have had difficulty with my mobile. The Backup&Sync App keeps saying 'error occurred authenticating your account. Please check your email address, password and keycode and try again'. I know I've entered the info correctly but this message keeps coming up. What do I do?

drbal4 - I am sorry but you actually have a Webroot Internet Security Plus subscription. The Backup & Sync functionality comes with our Internet Security Complete suite. If I am mistaken, and you in fact have a Complete keycode, please Send Me a Private Message with the keycode and I will associate it to your MyWebroot Account.
