Lost my keycode, but upgrade 3 months ago. How can I find it?

-Open your browser and go to https://my.webrootanywhere.com/
-From the drop-down menu next to your login ID, select Manage Keycodes.
 

 
SecureAnywhere displays the keycodes page.

submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support to fix this problem.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
If I may just add to what Petr has posted...if you renewed through via the Webroot website or via Best Buy (if that is where you bought WSA) then the additional subscription time will be added to what remains of your current subscription so you should see the number of days against the 'Subscription' literal increase, i.e., if you had 9 days left & purchase a year then this will eventually show as 374 days, etc.
 
Therefore there wil have been no need for a new keycode and that you continue to use your original one.
