How to unblock and how things get blocked?

You didn't say which Device this happened on as there are to many steps and this is the easiest way on PC is to do a clean reinstall of WSA.

Please follow the steps closely!

• Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
• Be sure you add your Keycode to your Online Console: [url-custom=https://my.webrootanywhere.com/] Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console[/url-custom]
• KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
• [url-custom=http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe] Download a Copy Here[/url-custom] (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need
• Uninstall WSA and Reboot
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and DO NOT import any old settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again

Yes during visiting and it also checks when searching only on Supported Browsers, IE, Chrome and Firefox.

Ratings are temporarily unavailable or the Webroot agent is shut down. Wait for service to be restored or check to be sure the Webroot agent is running.

Only sites with a Red Exclamation Point Icon will be Blocked! There's not much more I can add just read the links I pointed to.

The only thing I can add if you hit a bad website that is blocked you will see this window with 3 options!
