Can Webroot protect the USB , CD/DVD drives when the endpoint is offline ?


Can Webroot protect the endpoint if any new malware has been in to the system through USB, CD/DVD drives or any new suspicious file or program been added to the system while the system is offline and cannot be connected to the Internet for a long time.

Yes it does with it’s various shields including the USB shield and offline shield then when you do connect back to the internet files will be check with the Webroot Cloud Database!

Have a client that regularly needs to use usb flash drives and this certainly works for them to check the drives before handing over to their clients
