Many Webroot employees will be out of the office until Monday.  I am not an employee, but I can give you the historical view of Webroot regarding this.  (Pretty much all AV software companies that I know of also follow this policy)  Renewals are not included in discount sales.
 
Please see This Reply from last year close to this time for more information.  And again, you can always call Sales regarding this question, but to my knowledge they will be closed until Monday in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday here in the U.S.

    Hi @  I'm having the same problem as the last sale as I live in Canada there is no PayPal to pay with only Credit Card I was talking to Jim about it and I guess it never got fixed so can you please look in to it before you guys close down for the long weekend because us Canadians can't buy with PayPal I'm not sure about other countries? @

    Hey Daniel - You are correct, that form of payment is being fixed by development. 
     
    However, when you purchase from Webroot.com and go into the billing information you can select your Province.
