May I ask...perpetual license for what?  Webroot does not offer a perpetual or lifetime license in respect of WSA.  I can provide the license options if required.  If one purchases from Webroot online then you wil certainly get an email with the keycode details, etc.  Where did you purchase yours from?

I talked to somone named Paul Fattori.  I do have a program that supposedly scans my computer daily.  The keycode starts with SA6B, the product is Endpoint Protection, version 8.0.7.33.

OK, well, you do not have the HIome version but the business versioon so at this point I will need to hand you over to one of the other members who can advise on that side of things licence-wise, as that is not my area of expertise. @ or @ as Business Ambassadors, would you be able to help here?
