wsa keeps saying threats detected (12453) and needs to scan to remove them run scan numerous times but still keep getting same message can u help

Hi, I noticed this post was made over in our Business forum but that you are a Complete user, so I've moved the thread over here into the Individuals & Families forum.
 
However, the issue you're asking about is that you believe your computer is infected.  Infections need to go through the support system, because that system is much more useful in solving this kind of problem.  Our threat experts will be happy to help you.  Please submit a support ticket.
