Morning my friends! Weekend, at last! Today evening we are gonna to meet with a few friends and to have in-house barbecue (marinated ribs) and to drink the great Czech Pilsner Beer. So Sunday is again supposed to be the rest day for me :D

Cheers, Richard! Pilsner Urquell is the best Czech beer with tradition since 1897 with the same recipe since then. To be honest, I prefer wines over beer but can you image to eat marinated ribs and wash down them with wine? Not, certainly not. Only beer is acceptable :D@ wrote:

Petr, I'm partial to Yuengling Traditional Lager. I make a wicked chili which calls for, in addition to the traditional ingredients, a bottle of beer, a cup of dark coffee, and cocoa. But it's the beer that really puts the chili over the top! It would go well with those ribs you're making! 😃@ wrote:

Funny you should mention that, David! I'd have to find someone to take care of the two lunatics for about a week! It's not easy trying to get someone to take care of two 70 pound animals for that length of time, and I'd have to leave them behind.:(

Good morning everyone! Looks like i am the first one up and out of bed today!
I was up at about 5 a.m. Set the clocks ahead, took the kids for a walk, and am heading out to Fairway for an egg-everyting bagel with lox, butter, swiss cheese and onion, some fresh squeezed OJ, and a cup of dark roasted coffee. Then, off to the gym. Might stop off later at Costco for one of those $1.63 hot dog and Coke combos. Best hot dogs for the best price anywhere on the planet! 😃
