My sleeping has been messed up for a long time, once I wake up no matter how tired I am I will end up reading for a while after maybe an hour or 2, eventually I do fall asleep, last night as an example I had about 3 ½ sleep.

I only had one gout attack and it was the time I found it was called gout went to the hospital at 3am and my family doctor was working the ER and he laughed and said you got gout and I said what the hell is that so he explained gave me anti-inflammatories and percodans did a blood test and told me to go see him within a week and he gave me 300 mg of allopurinol once per day and nothing since. Big toe about 30 years ago and it hurts like hell!
